About Diana

Diana is a corporate soft skills trainer and an immersive storyteller. 

She teaches on topics related to building soft-skills, powerful communication, and the impact of immersive storytelling and authentic leadership. 

Her natural conversational approach has made it easy for people to trust and confide in Diana. This has given her unique insight as to what skills are needed for people to succeed in today’s complex and polarized world. 

Her work has been featured in Fierce by Mitú, Alegria Magazine, We All Grow Latina Network, American Heart Association, the United We Lead Foundation, the North Carolina Center for Afterschool Programs, The Second City's Premier Comedy Club, and more. Most recently, Diana was one of the 45 poets published in the Latinx Poetry Project by Alegria Publishing. 

Diana is the CEO of the Your Story to Tell Academy, a public speaking and storytelling consultancy, focused on helping high-level leadership with developing powerful communication skills. 

Prior to consulting,  Diana founded and led a 501c3 nonprofit, called RAWW, with a mission to promote women’s health and wellness. For the past 9 years, Diana has worked with youth and educators in a variety of capacities, such as speaking at large school conferences, hosting interactive workshops, and through one-on-one coaching.  

Diana holds a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from San Jose State University and a Bachelors Degree in Business from California State University, Fresno.
